I need to glue soft polyurethane foam to a latex Halloween mask, will rubber cement work?

And if not, what will?

Plastics can react strangely, so you might want to test it with a scrap piece of foam on a part of the mask that will be hidden. (Is there an area that will covered by your hair or costume?) Barring that, you can test it on the inside of the mask.

If that doesn’t work, you can try spirit gum. It’s made to stick latex and other materials to the skin.
