What color should we paint the walls in our bedroom?
We’re going for a mountain lodge feeling and the bedspread is a bronzed gold with a cranberry stripe with elk, mountains and splashes of olive green and even purple. Our bed is a massive burly aspen. I’m leaning toward a gold in a different hue, but have been toying with reds and olive greens as well. I wouldn’t do gold. It seems like it would blend too much with the bedding and the frame of the bed. I’d do a color that would accent the existing colors and give it a little ‘pop’. I like your mention of doing a green, perhaps hunter, olive or sage. I think that would keep the mountain lodge feeling you want.
