What is the hottest wedding dress design for the upcoming season? Well, that can be a hard one as each year brings in a new hot look.
Let’s take a look at some great all time classic styles and some up and coming trends.
Ballgown-
If the gowns worn in Gone with the Wind are your idea of a perfect wedding dress design, then this one is for you!
Ballgown style wedding dresses have always been a classic. Apart from making you feel old world beautiful, ball gowns have a few other upsides too like giving you a remarkable cleavage. The Princess design is a variation of the ballgown and features a skirt which is not as full.
Mermaid-
The Mermaid Style wedding dress design is a 50′s style statement. Who can forget the enchantment of the all time favorite dress Audrey Hepburn wore to the races in My Fair Lady?
An extremely tight fitting mermaid style gown which epitomized her classic and chic style.
Tea Length-
Tea length wedding gown styles are great for a casual, less traditional wedding especially if you have a great pair of knock out shoes.
Grecian Goddess-
The high waited float materials in an empire goddess style gown, could make you look immortal. If you’re a full figure bride, this is a great choice for you.
Ruffles-
Ruffles are something you’ll either lover or hate because they tend to be a bit over the top! However, there are some stunning ruffled wedding dress designs out there and for the bride who wants to make an impression; ruffles may be your answer.
Flower Power-
Flowers! There is nothing prettier or more feminine than a delicate, petal like flowery wedding gown. Whether you go for a skirt smothered in foliage, or just for some small detailing in the dress, flowers can add to the aura of a truly nymph like bride.
Bows-
One of my personal favorites, a wedding gown adorned with bows, either a single large one at the back, or several gathered in the skirt, is defnitely stylish.
Beading Highlights-
Eye catching sparkly beading strategic areas of your gown can add just the right touch of flair to what otherwise might be a fairly plain gown. And beading is very popular right now with designers.
Sleeves and Straps-
Gowns with sleeves are making a huge comeback on the wedding gown scene. Yes, sleeves and straps are back with a vengeance. So, if you are a fan or sleeves and straps…rejoice!
Lace-
Whether you go for just a touch of lace or a complete covering in it, lace embellished wedding dresses are hot right now and by the looks of it, always will be. This is an all time favorite among brides for sentimental reasons.
