What is the difference between monofilament and fluorocarbon fishing line?
I was wondering if there was a difference between them in like the lb test and the strength of them cause I need to get some new line soon and I need to know the weight strentgh like if the max on the reel is 12 lb test how high on mono or fluoro can I go
Monofilament stretches a lot and has a bit bigger diameter compared to that of fluorocarbon. Fluoro has little stretch to it.
Twelve-pound test is twelve-pound test no matter in what type of line its in.
