did you use the mat to put under your baby so if she/he stopped breathing the alam would sound was this any good??
Yes, I use it. It works really well – the mats are super-sensitive. Sometimes I have forgotten to turn the sensor pads off when I have got my baby out of his cot, and the alarms have always gone off. It has been money very very well spent, and has given me great peace of mind. It has never given me a false alarm. The sound monitor has also been great, enabling me to get out and do an hour or 2 of gardening etc without having to constantly check to see if he was awake.
