i have tan ones but there arent any belt loops the only ones with belt loops are black. but i heard i should wear a belt and my white polo tucked in because i dont have a show coat that fits 
its just beginner novice. and on the on the entry form it said “formal attire is welcome, but not required”
Yeah, you can wear it however you want as long as you’re wearing breeches, boots, and a polo, you’re good. Tucking in the shirt makes you look neater, but you wouldn’t necessarily need a belt.
