What kind of fishing pole to buy?
I live in southwest Florida, so I’ll be out in the gulf. I’m planning on fishing off of bridges, or when me and my buddies set out go into the flats and by mangroves. Snook, red fish, snapper are some kinds of fish here.
Sorry if my logic doesn’t make sense I just started fishing.
hey man, since you said that you just started to fish, i would recomend to go to your local walley world with about 35 dollars and get on of their surf reel and rod combos. the reels and rod surf compos are good rods and reels. since you will be fishin off bridges the longer rods will give you a little more backbone to get those fish up. the brand that walmart carries the most of is shakespear. the shakespear brand is a great brand. i have 6 surf rod and reel shakespear setups and i have used all for years and all of them have been great combos. i know that there might be a couple people that will say dont go to walmart because their stuf is cheap but if you look at what walmart carries the bigger named bait stores carries the exact samething. man i hope that this helps you out a bit good luck good fishin be safe and remember to share the experience
