Go to the drug store, or even a supermarket and get an enema. If you do’n't have something like KY buy some also. You likely have some blockage from stool drying out to much that needs breaking up.
Lube up the end of the enema and use it per directions on the label.
You can also take some mineral oil, works fairly fast on a dry blockage.
If those don;t help see a doc. They will lube up with a glove on and go in to break up the blockage.
