Hybrids to Lose HOV Access July 1
Electric car owners are still allowed to drive solo until 2015. SACRAMENTO (KTLA) — Over 80,000 hybrid car owners will lose access to driving solo in the carpool lane when the clean air sticker program ends July 1, Department of Motor Vehicle representatives said Friday.
