I need advice on losing weight.?
Right, please don’t answer this if you’re going to tell me to eat more meals and stop exercising. I won’t care for your answer. Recently, (just over two months,) I’ve been pretty much eating a maximum of two bolws of cereal a day… I go on the treadmill for half an hour, burning approximately 215 calories per session, and then around four sets of fifty crunchers a day. I’d say I weigh about ten stone and I’m a size ten in tops and twelves in bottoms. The thing is, I used to be a size sixteen and now I’m trying to tone up. I feel fat and I’d like to feel a lot better. I’m also 5’8″. How much longer do you think it will take me to lose a reasonable amount of weight and tone up? Any tips? Please and thank you.
With that regime it should take you about 4 to 5 months to loose the weight. Tips: cardio every other day for 40 min. and strength train every other day for 30 min. have fun!
