Anyone else have these feet problems? Is it normal? What can I do to fix this?
~My feet/toes are constantly FREEZING, even when I wear thick woolen and chenille socks!
~Not only are they cold to the touch (friends and family comment all the time and refuse to share blankets unless I wear socks), but I can also FEEL (without touching them) how cold they are (it is so uncomfortable!).
~They are always several degrees below the temperature of the rest of my body
~They turn blue/purple and sweel (whether I’m standing, sitting, or lying down) when I don’t move them for a period of time, but they’re not asleep (they just feel cold; no pins n needles sentations).
~Even my nails turn purple/blue/redish.
~They sometimes get ‘hot flashes’, where they start to sweat and feel warm, even when the rest of me is cold.
~I get charlie horses in my toes and feet all the time, but my ankels seem to be unaffected.
~My toe joints ache and creak
~Sometimes, my fingers also suffer the same ailaments listed above.
It could be Raynaud’s disease, but only your GP can diagnose that for sure.
