Farmville Gifts
One of the niftiest things about Farmville is the ability to give free gifts to your Farmville friends. It is a wonderful way to strengthen your bond with neighbors and it costs you nothing more than a couple seconds of your time. The newly added “Send Gift” feature provides you a wide range of possible gifts to give to your friends or other accounts since it now enables you to buy gifts at the Market.
Free Gifts
The available free gifts sometimes change depending on seasons and events. Nevertheless, there are always a couple different items that will certainly be welcome. Send animals, trees, or other items that can’t be bought any other way. Make sure to check out Farmville Trees when you’re gifting trees to confirm that you are gifting a tree that produces a worthwhile harvest (think Pomegranate Trees and Olive instead of gifting Plum). During the Christmas event, make sure to give lots of gifts so that everyone will have a good time opening gifts on the 24th of December. You’ll receive many gifts if you send gifts regularly.
Gifts that Cost Cash or Coin
Recently, Famville added an additional feauture which enables you to purchase gifts at the Market to send to other people. You can buy these items with either Farm Cash or Farm Coin. Some examples are Pink Toolshed, Orange Tabby, Large Pond. You can strengthen your friendship with your friends by sending them an expensive item that they cannot buy with their own coins.

Not Spoiled, Gifted!’
You must leave gifts in your Gifts Box until you accumulate a certain number of different gifts to obtain the “Not Spoiled, Gifted” achievement. The blue ribbon will be given to you as soon as your Gifts Box has 21 different gifts. Make sure you get rid of identical items—use them or sell. They only take up farm space that is essential in order to collect this ribbon!
Requests
You will generally get a good amount of gifts if you have many neighbors. You will not be fond of all the gifts sent to you. You are allowed to sell your excess and unwanted gifts right from your “Gifts” box. You can leave a note on your field to avoid getting unwanted gifts and with a bit of luck your friends will look at it before gifting you. Try to do the same for your friends.
Dual Accounts
Free gifts can be a good bonus if you are using dual accounts to level up more quickly in Farmville. Send yourself the things each of your two farms needs. Send yourself the items that your other account can’t manage to pay for. Do this if one of your farms has more Cash than another. To build up your two farms into enormous plantations, just use your common sense and be determined.
