Unknown name for a Christmas movie?

I am looking for the name of a Christmas movie that has Chris Kringle A.K.A. Santa Claus, is abandoned as a child and is taken in by a fairy then raised by fairies who are in a battle with rock monsters, Santa makes wooden dolls for the children which he then delivers by reindeer who only after a dispute between their wood nymph owners does he find out they can fly, he receives the gift of immortality from the council of fairies, and so does his half black half white cat, he has a friend who can transform into any living animal. PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I really want to watch this for Christmas but cannot remember the name, so please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
