Would I feel anything if I sit next to a mini black hole the size of a marble with a mass of a big house?
and what would happen if I put a regular marble right next to it? Would the marble be pulled to a mini black hole?
First, the house isn’t massive enough to create a black hole the size of a marble (as has been said, you would have to crush the Earth to about that size to get a black hole).
Second, yes, you would be sucked into it violently. A black hole the size of a marble would exert more force than our sun does on our planets. <-- these statements are COMPLETELY FALSE!!!

where G = 6.67 * 10⁻¹¹
and c = 3 * 10⁸
So put in your mass to find the necessary radius (in meters):
Let's say that house weighs 20 tons:
20 tons = 20 * 907 kg/ton = 18,140 kg
Plug that in and we get:
r = 2 * 6.67 * 10⁻¹¹ * 18,140 / (3 * 10⁸)² ~ 10⁻¹¹ * 10⁴ / 10¹⁶ = 10^(-11 + 4 - 16) = 10⁻²³ meters
(I had to approximate to get the order of things because the calculator will crap out at such small numbers).
So an atom is about 10⁻¹⁰ meters across
So for a house to be a black hole you'd have to shrink it to a size 10 times less than 1 trillionth the size of an atom!!!
...so the mass of the Earth is about 10²⁴ kg, this leads to:
r ~ 10²⁴ * 10⁻²⁷ = 10⁻³ meters
Thus the size you would have to shrink Earth to for it to be a black hole is on the order of millimeters across...it would actually be about a cm meter because the numbers I left out would multiply this by about 10...sure enough about the size of a marble.
FINAL EDIT:
I should correct what I said earlier, actually a black hole of that size (from the mass of a house) would be quite harmless. You have to realize that it won't pull on you any harder than the house does as it is...which is a negligible amount, since it would be far smaller than an atom you could never get close enough to feel the effects astronomers talk about when they describe being sucked into a black hole.
