3 Charged After Large Fight Outside Of Wheeling Bar
WHEELING, W.Va. — Police said they had to use all of the manpower they had in the area to break up a large fight outside near a Wheeling bar. Three men were arrested after the fight outside of the River City Ale Works early Friday.
